Customer Support

With the release of our new Bodis UI we have made many customer support enhancements.

We have first added a knowledge base and a Bodis tour for those that have common questions or want to learn more about our parking system.

You can also contact us support team via email. We have begun adding regional support staff to help you with questions or issues in your language. Currently we are offering regional support in the US and China. You can email our general support for all other regions.

We hope to provide more regional support in the near future.
